Because I am inspired by the beauty and complexity of nature, performing yoga poses in a forest seemed natural to my style and to my heart. While there is little purpose to where each yoga pose takes place, it is performed with pure intentions and with knowledge and recognition of the Earth. Connecting with trees, ponds and streams represents a life flow both inside the body and in the environment.

More spontaneous yoga in the streets of Nicaragua.
Walking through Granada in the throbbing centre of Nicaragua, we stumbled across the Pulsera Project - helping local artists support their families with beautiful artisinal bracelets. We picked up a few for our photo contests, and while we were talking learned a bit more about weaving.
