Nika Witkowski Photography

Nicole Witkowski (under artist pseudonym Nika) is a 21-year-old journalism graduate who learned early in her academic career that she’s a better storyteller through images than she is through words. However, she credits the journalistic direction for her introduction into the artistic world. Without attempting to create a summer blog, she would not have stumbled upon Flickr, and the plethora of amazing photographers that have become her inspiration and friends.

Through fine art conceptual photography, Nika expresses emotions, challenges the status quo and demands her audience think about the world from a different viewpoint. Her personal inspiration comes from a deep appreciation of Mother Nature and the emotions experienced through music. Together they allow her fantastical worlds to take on multi-dimensions. She's agreed to do a photo series for Spiritfeet, promoting and sharing health.
